Casimba UK Terms Explained

This site summarises the account rules published by Casimba for players in Great Britain. The operator's agreement covers more than registration: game rules, betting rules, promotional conditions and privacy provisions also form part of it. This guide explains selected provisions; a particular payment, bonus or dispute still depends on the applicable full terms.

Operator and eligibility

Casimba's terms identify White Hat Gaming Limited as the gambling operator and state Gambling Commission licence number 52894 for Great Britain. The agreement applies to residents of Great Britain, including play through mobile devices and downloadable applications.

Casimba requires players to be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and to provide complete, accurate registration information. Details must remain current, and the address supplied must be the player's residence. Players must use their own money and payment methods, rather than act for someone else. The terms also prohibit technology used to conceal or alter a player's actual location, including VPNs and proxies.

Accounts and access

Casimba permits a single account per player on its website. Its terms allow duplicate accounts to be closed and winnings to be voided. A person already self-excluded from the operator's network is not eligible to register. Account acceptance remains at the operator's discretion.

Login details must be kept private. Casimba places responsibility for bets made through an account on the account holder, including where another person gains access. Registration also allows communications about account matters. The operator distinguishes those service messages from marketing, for which it asks players to opt in.

Verification before and during play

Casimba's checks can cover identity, age, address and payment information. They can happen during the relationship with the operator, rather than only when an account opens. External agencies may help check the details supplied. Email ownership may also need to be confirmed through an activation link or other evidence.

If checks cannot be completed, Casimba may suspend or close the account. Withdrawals can be restricted while checks continue where information is legally required. The operator may request evidence showing ownership of a payment method, the origin of deposited money or the player's wealth. A payment method belonging to somebody else can be suspended and trigger further enquiries.

For a player proven to be underage, the terms provide for account closure, forfeiture of winnings and repayment of deposits through a method selected by the operator. Failure to verify other details can also lead to closure; any return of the remaining balance is subject to the circumstances described in the terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

Casimba says deposits must come from payment methods held in the player's own name. The account is for gambling rather than storing or moving money as a banking facility. Repeated deposits and withdrawals without corresponding betting can lead to closure. Banks or payment providers may impose their own conversion charges or fees.

Before Casimba processes a withdrawal, verification must be satisfactory, payments confirmed and relevant withdrawal and promotional conditions met. Its stated minimum is £20. For a smaller remaining balance, the player can ask customer support to arrange withdrawal of the entire amount. Casimba says payments are returned through the method originally used to deposit.

The operator checks transactions for money laundering and may examine unused deposits more closely before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant authorities. Account restrictions or withholding of funds can also follow a legal requirement. These provisions mean that a withdrawal request does not by itself settle whether funds can be released.

Bonus funds and cash funds

Casimba's bonus conditions distinguish promotional funds from money available for withdrawal. The published welcome-offer wording requires bonus funds to be wagered 10 times before conversion to cash, using those bonus funds to meet the requirement. The maximum permitted stake with bonus funds is £5; exceeding it can result in removal of the bonus.

For the welcome offer, free-spin winnings are cash, have no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately, subject to the account's withdrawal conditions. Those winnings are capped at £100, and unused welcome spins lapse after 72 hours. Requesting a cash withdrawal while the welcome bonus remains active forfeits that bonus and its associated winnings. Check the conditions attached to the particular promotion rather than treating every reward as the same.

Inactivity and incorrect credits

Casimba regards an account as inactive after 12 successive months without a deposit or betting activity. If money remains, the operator says it will try to contact the player and return the balance to the last deposit method. If inactivity continues for at least 30 days after the first contact attempt, it deducts £5 each month from real-money funds. A balance below £5 is taken in full, and a zero-balance inactive account may be closed.

Money credited by mistake remains the operator's property under its terms. Casimba can remove that credit; if the player has already withdrawn it, the amount becomes a debt owed to the operator. The terms require the player to report an incorrect credit.

Complaints and account restrictions

Casimba directs complaints to customer support through chat or email. Unresolved matters can move to a team leader and then the complaints team. Gambling-transaction disputes may proceed to an alternative dispute resolution provider after the internal procedure; other complaints are handled internally. Fraud, collusion and money laundering can lead to cancelled bets, withheld winnings or account closure under the operator's terms.
